To process any return or exchange, you must provide a clear, continuous 360° opening video that:

Shows the parcel from all angles before opening.

Captures the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

Clearly displays the damage or incorrect product.
Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept requests only if:

The product is damaged upon delivery.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personal preference (e.g., change of mind, style, or color choice).

Size or fit issues (for bangles — see note below).
Bangle Size Note: Kindly check your bangle size before placing the order. No returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Refer to our Size Chart.
