Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Product Display: We strive for accurate product images and descriptions, but slight color or design variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.

Bangle Size Responsibility: Customers must ensure they order the correct bangle size. Size-related returns will not be accepted.

Damaged Product Claims: All damage claims must be supported by an unboxing 360° video. Without this, no claim will be entertained.

Return & Refund Rights: Navil Trendz reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on our policy.
